Policy

  • No smoking, alcohol, or drugs allowed in our facility.
  • Entry requires a valid photo ID. No ID, no entry.
  • Please remove your face mask during check-in.
  • Nudity is required in the bath area; personal swimwear is  not allowed.
  • Re-entry after check-in is not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
  • Excessive noise and phone use will not be tolerated.
  • Phone and camera use are prohibited in the locker room and bath house.
  • Shoes are not allowed except in the front entrance area, but clean socks are permitted.
  • Please respect others by avoiding loud conversations or noises.
  • Excessive cell phone use, including speakers, is prohibited.
  • Cameras, recording devices, and selfie sticks are strictly forbidden.
  • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject individuals who pose a threat to others.
  • Guests must wear the provided uniform at all times indoors.
  • Harassment of staff or guests will result in immediate expulsion.
  • Weapons and firearms are not allowed on the premises.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Policies and regulations are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices, amenities, and treatments may change without notice.
  • Excessive public displays of affection are not allowed.
  • Holiday price will be applied to only National holidays in U.S calendar.
  • Treatments can be cancelled by calling up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no fee.

  • Less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the cost of treatment. 

    No-show will be charged 100% of the cost of treatment.

  • Treatments can be rescheduled by calling up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no fee.
    $30 rescheduling fee per service if the customer request rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice.
