SPA POLICY
General Rules & Regulations
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are allowed.
- Entry requires a valid photo ID.
- No re-entry once you check in for any reason.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged property.
- Phones, cameras, and smart glasses are prohibited in the locker room and bath house.
- Hats, face masks, and sunglasses must be removed before check-in.
- Children under 10 years of age are not permitted for entry.
Treatments & Cancellations
Cancel 24+ hours before
- No cancellation fee.
Cancel less than 24 hours before
- Charged 50% of the treatment cost, including same-day bookings that are canceled.
No-show
- Charged 100% of the treatment fee.
Rescheduling
- Allowed once per reservation, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-Day Rescheduling Policy
- If an appointment is rescheduled to a different date on the same day as the scheduled service, a deposit equal to the cost of the treatment will be required and applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Payment
- A credit card is required to secure the booking. Treatment payment is processed at check-in, and you must provide a physical payment method.
Additional costs
- Spa admission and gratuity are not included in the treatment price.
After treatment
- No refunds are issued once a service has been rendered.
Spa access
- Admission is required for all guests, including those receiving treatments.
Attire & Swimwear
- Guests must wear a uniform (provided by the spa club) at all times in the co-ed area. Sizes range from Small to XXXL.
- Our gender-separated bath areas and hot tubs follow the traditional Korean bathhouse custom of nudity, though swimwear is permitted based on your personal preference.
- In the Korean tradition, The Spa Club is a barefoot facility. You may bring a pair of clean socks if you prefer; sandals, flip-flops, or any other kind of footwear are not permitted.
- One set of towels and a uniform is provided; additional items may incur an extra fee.
Harassment & Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or reject individuals who pose a threat to others.
- Harassment of staff or guests will result in immediate expulsion.
- Weapons and firearms are not allowed on the premises.
- There is zero tolerance towards sexual behavior. Any guest found engaging in such behavior will be immediately escorted off the premises without a refund and may be permanently banned from our spa.
Mobile Devices & Etiquette
- Help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere. We ask that you keep conversations low and minimize noise in all saunas and relaxation spaces.
- Phone calls should be kept to a minimum; the use of speakerphones or playing audio aloud is strictly prohibited.
- Guests causing persistent noise or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the facility immediately.
- Excessive noise, external speakers, recording devices, and live streaming are strictly forbidden.
Drugs & Smoking
- The Spa Club is strictly a smoke and drug-free environment.
- Smoking of any kind—including e-cigarettes, vapes, and herbal products—as well as illicit substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- We reserve the right to deny entry to or remove anyone under the influence of illegal substances, or anyone posing a risk to the health and safety of themselves or others.
- Violators will be asked to leave immediately to maintain a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.
For Yourself
Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please call us to book your appointment using the order number provided.
Gifting to Someone Special
Please simply forward your confirmation email to the recipient. The guest must present a valid physical ID upon check-in; the reservation does not need to be under the purchaser's name.
