Cancelation of your booking
1. Cancelled with no fee - Massage products can be canceled by calling up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no fee.
2. 50% fee - Cancellations request with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the cost of treatment.
3. 100% fee - No-show will be charged 100% of the cost of treatment.
Rescheduling your booking
1. Rescheduling with no fee - Massage products can be rescheduled by calling up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no fee.
2. $30 rescheduling fee per service if the customer request rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice
